The Winn Team specializes in new homes by EMW Construction, Inc.   We help represent two subdivisions, The Woodlands and Legacy Grove, in the East Limestone / Madison / Athens area that are exclusive to Legacy Home Group builders.

I have a Masters in Computer Science from UAH and have been a Vice President in one the area's largest software companies.   I have been active (but part time) in the building industry for the past 14 years.   I am very familar with the details of the home building process and the area.  I pay careful attention to details and I enjoy dealing with detailed people.

Legacy Home Group represents two subdivisions in the East Limestone Madison Area:

The Woodlands is a 124 lot subdivision that contains wooded lots with homes starting in the 170's.   The subdivision is curb and gutter, under ground utilities, natural gas, sidewalks on both sides. and street lights.   Directions:   From Huntsville on Highway 72 turn North on McCulley Mill Road.   The subdivision is to the east before you reach Nick Davis Road.

Legacy Grove is a large subdivision with homes starting in the low 200's.   The subdivision has a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, playground, curb and gutter, county sewer system, natural gass, sideswalks on both sides, street lights.   Directions:  From Huntsville on Highway 72 turn South on Mooresville road.   The subdivision will be to the east.
