Gordon and Christine both began selling real estate in California.  Gordon was licensed in 1984 and began his career with C-21 in a large Irvine, Ca. office.  Christine started her career in 1993 and also worked at C-21, Independent and ERA Real Estate Brokerages.

After two years with a large ERA office they became the office's Top Producers.  At that time Gordon & Christine moved back to Gordon's hometown of Pensacola in 1995.

In 1996 they opened their own office Real Estate Advantage and operated independently until they purchased their two Exit Realty Franchises in 1999.  Since then they have grown from a two agent office to over 50 agents and have been one of the Top 5 producing companies in the Region.

 Christine Dey has received many sales awards from both Exit Realty Florida and Exit Realty International.  Below is the long list of awards:

Gordon and Christine have specialized in foreclosures, short sales, real estate investing, new construction and waterfront properties especially on Perdido Key where they have lived since 1998.

Christine Dey was fabulous.  I honestly cannot believe we closed so quickly on the sale of our home.  I appreciated her diligence!    I was very pleased with her negotiating skills and "firmness" with the buyers of our home at the end.

  Selling a 102 year old home in the Historic District of Pensacola can be a long process because of the uniqueness of an older home.  Due to Gordon & Christine Dey's marketing, our home sold to the perfect buyer.  Christine and Gordon presented us with an offer, guided us through the details of negotiating, helped us build a new home, and we truly felt they cared about us personally.  On the day of closing my mother was gravely ill and not expected to live.  Christine and Gordon coordianted with the title company to have our closing completed in a matter of minutes so we could return to the hospital to be with my mother.  They are two of our favorite people.  We have referred 2 family members to them.
