Our Process is Unique
To insure quality service, our staff work in departments, each handling a phase of your closing transaction. This is unique in the title business, as we feel that no one person can be an expert in all phases of the process. Each transaction is different and imposes a varied range of possible conflicts and resolution. Our staff members are experts in their particular working sections of your file.
Properties located in St. Charles, Jefferson, Orleans, Lafourche, & Terrebonne Parishes are processed in our Destrehan office.
Properties located in Ascension, East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, West Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Pointe Coupee are processed in our Prairieville office.
All other property locations are processed in our Laplace office.
