My name is Christine Durham and I have been in Real Estate for a over a year. I have wanted to be a realtor for a lot longer than that but it seemed that there was always something that came up. I worked for my husband who was a Chiropractor until I made the big decision to get my real estae license.

 Now I am a realtor in Sun City and Georgetown and love it. In the time I have been in business I have closed 20 transactions and have 8 waiting to close. I believe in treating my clients the way I would like to be treated and to make the buying or selling of their home as smooth a process as possible. I love it when my clients also become my friends.

My area of expertise is in the buying and selling of homes in Sun City Texas. Because I live in Sun City, I know Sun City and what the people want who are moving there want in that kind of community.

 I also work with people who are wanting to sell homes in Georgetown Texas as well as Round Rock. I also work with Relocation companies to help their clients either sell their home to move or to buy because they are moving in.

I have real estate designations of ABR, GRI and E-Pro. I am currently working on my CRS and Relo Specialist.
