My name is David Ott. I am a full-time Real Estate consultant working with home buyers, sellers and investors in Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas. I can email you listings on the computer, to help save you precious time by not physically looking at homes that you wouldn't like.

When I work with buyers, I enjoy helping them find the home of their dreams at the best possible price in the location that is right for them. Many clients are not sure where they want to be and it is my job to help them find the "RIGHT" fit. This takes some time--it requires interviewing and listening to the client.
