About Us:

I am a Home Loan Consultant with Yarrow Bay Mortgage, Retail and Wholesale branch. 

 

I joined Yarrow Bay Mortgage knowing the satisfaction I would get, for not only myself but my clients as well. I receive a great deal of satisfaction seeing my clients be successful and fulfilling their dream of home ownership. My mortgage career started with Countrywide home loans but my desire to offer more to my clients brought me to Yarrow Bay Mortgage. My attention to detail and knowledge of Yarrow Bay products makes me an asset to any new or experienced home buyer. I have helped many people realize the dream of home ownership. I have learned that the key to my success is providing outstanding service to my clients. A large portion of my business comes from referrals of past clients. 

I am very active in the 4-H horse program as a role model, teaching younger children proper horsemanship. I am is also a member of AHA (American Horse Association)  and USEF (United States Equestrian Federation) I enjoy showing my horses throughout the year.  I am president of my LeTip Chapter that I started with a fellow business partner in the I-90 coridoor.

Working with Yarrow Bay Mortgage gives me the opportunity to not only do "A Paper Loans".  With Yarrow Bay Mortgage I am both a Banker and a Broker.  If for any reason I am not able to do your home loan in house with Yarrow Bay Products I have the option to broker your loan to whichever company that has the right Mortgage product to meet your needs. 

Most of my business is made up of several diffrent lending needs.  I work with Purchase, Refinances, Debt Consolidation, Home Equity Lines of Credit, Fixed Second Mortgages, and Investor properties.  Each of these areas require considerable knowledge that I have gained throughout my carrer in the Mortgage industry.

Credit, good or bad I can find a Mortgage to fit you needs.  I am able to work with credit score from 400-850, that is a huge range.  I really enjoy helping my clients repair their credit, and then better their financial situation.

Investors are everyone that owns a home!  Your home is a large savings account, and you want to make sure that your savings are secure and working correctly for you.  I work with a company that can show you how to make sure you are investing correctly.
