Jim and I began to search for our home in 2005. Our first agent was new to the business and was unable to handle our aggressive style. After a bad experience with her and her broker we decide to work with Susan and Gabe. Jim and I were hesitant at first because we were social acquaintances with Susan and we are difficult buyers with a long list of criteria.
Susan was extremely persistent in our search for the ideal home. We viewed at least 10 homes on the market. She helped us narrow down exactly what we wanted. Susan was able to point out the hidden potential in our home and even gave us some Feng Shui tips. She helped us make the right decision for our family and a safe economic decision for the long term.
We are currently renovating our home. When we are done we will be looking for an investment property. We will be calling Susan since we now consider her 'Our Agent'.
