One of my specialties is that of; working with buyers. This is  known as  Accrediter Buyers Agent.  I continually take classes to master the necessary skills to deal with the present market. Should problems I am  qualified to resolve issues that can be resolved.  

As a CRS, Certified Residential Specialist I work with both buyers and sellers.    I am a pro at negotiation skills and that is a major plus for eithe buyers or seller.  You will find that as a Listing agent, I will give you a realistic value that you can expect for your home.  No "Pie in the Sky" price.  That only brings a lesser value in the end and much stress frustration, something I diligently work at preventing.

As an SRES,  I work with seniors!  Perhaps that's finding new and suitable housing, or, it may be finding ways to help them remain in their homes. This designation is one intended to help seniors live out their lives in comfort and safety, and be the instrument  that brings about the changes that are necessary to accomplish their wishes.  This could mean helping them by recommending  mortgage lenders who specialize in products that may accomplish their wishes  and can explain to the seniors and their families the advantage of a reverse mortgage, (or other beneficial  product) etc... a product  that uses the equity they have in their home to finance the remainder of their lives. This product is not for everyone, but beneficial to many who have a lot of equity in their residences.  Though this may not be an income producing venture for me, it's a way of giving back in some way to my community by helping someone. 

Not all real estate agents are Realtors!  As a Realtor, I live by an oath;  honesty, hard work and respect to my fellow associates.

All of these designations are achieved by courses where I spend both time time and money to fine tune my skills in an effort to be the best at resolving issues that can happen in the different aspects of a  transaction.

It's gratifying to help cients with one of the most important needs of life; housing.  I have created many friendships along the way with both brokers, agents and large number of clients.  I find this career very rewarding.  I am a people person and people need my services!  I just can't picture my life doing  anything different!

All  clients are my specialty!  I work to make their dreams come true.  I try to find them the right home, in their comfort level, I advise them get them through home inspections and finally .  I work the Manchester, Bedford and Hooksett area, I work in Candia, Auburn, Chester or most any place my client takes me to.

I sell and list multi-families, condos, and single family residences, I sell land; not long ago, I found a parcel of land that abutts thousands  of acres of conservation land for a client that is a dedicated hunter. Once he has built his new log home, he will be able to walk into the woods from his home to hunt, then walk back home after a day of hunting. and all within driving distance to his job.  I specialize in matching the property to the client.  If the property is out there, I will find it for you.

To me Real Estate is a profession, not a sales position.  Like so many other professionals, I first dedicate my expertice to my clients, look after their needs and I get paid as do most professionals only after the job is done.
