I am a Veteran of the United States Navy, a Graduate of Northern Kentucky University, and have done Graduate work in Economics at Xavier (OH) University.  I have received Professional Certification in Project Management  and retired from AT&T after a 26 year career as a Second Level Manager, Systems Analyst and Project Manager.

I've owned and managed Investment Property in Northern Kentucky since 1990 and have been a licensed Realtor since January, 2005.

I chose to go with Century21 Garner Properties for a number of reasons.  The brokerage has been around for 25 years and enjoys an excellent reputation in the area.  The principal broker and managers are extremely knowledgeble and supportive and the office operates without the stress and friction that I've heard exists elsewhere.

On a personal level, I have been active in the Foster Care System in our state for a number of years and have two little daughters who we have adopted and another who we will be adopting in the near future.

I have experience working with first time home buyers and also with buyers who are "moving up".   I am also a listing agent of properties in all price ranges - from the $20K range to over $1.2 million.

Many of my clients are also Investors and I have a great deal of experience in this area.

Additionally, I am the Listing Agent for the Housing Authority of Newport, Kentucky and am responsible for the marketing of all of the New Construction and Rehab properties which are now being constructed under the Hope VI project in that city.  This could result in the eventual marketing of up to 60 homes for sale targeted at low-to-moderate income individuals and families.
