About Us:
Frances is a native North Carolinian, having grown up in Wilmington. She graduated from New Hanover High School, received her Associate of Arts degree from Peace College in Raleigh, her Bachelor of Arts degree from North Carolina State University and her Masters Degree from East Carolina University. Frances' background has been quite diverse, including years as a dance instructor owning her own company, hospital and mental health social worker which included international speaking on her job and finally her career in real estate. Frances began with a Century 21 company and was their top producer her first full year. Frances joined the Cooke team in 2000 and in 2001, 2003, 2005 and 2007 was again their top producer and quickly rose to one of the top agents on the island. Her passion is real estate. She absolutely loves it! Frances is married and has three children, all grown (the youngest of whom is in college). Her daughter Elizabeth Blanchard is her real estate partner. Together they are the "Ocean Isle Team" or sometimes are known as the Mother/Daughter Team.
