We have literally decades of hands-on experience building and remodeling both commercial and residential structures.
We have done practically all forms of construction. We know how buildings are put together because we have built them.
We were not General Contractors who subcontracted all the work on projects to whoever submitted the cheapest bid.
We were the guys that got their hands dirty and still do! We know how unscrupulous contractors can sidestep regulations and codes because we have had the unfortunate experience to work with them, first hand, on the job.

Our inspectors have actually done the construction work, completed the training, do the continuing education, and have done all the prerequisite courses necessary to call ourselves NACHI Certified Home Inspectors.

As home inspectors we are extremely aggressive, we will work very hard for you so you will have all the information you need to make an educated, well informed decision regarding your home or commercial property investment.
How Long Does It Take?
Some inspectors may take an hour, more or less, on the job.
This is not who you want inspecting your home.
We don't do "High Speed" inspections.
Our inspections average three to four hours. After the inspection we stay on site as long as our clients need us and we properly explain our findings. Our job is to educate you, the client, about the home.
After the inspection, up to four more hours are spent preparing your professional report.
In most cases, your report is available to view online, at a secure location, using a unique link sent to you alone, by 8AM the next morning. Your report is normally archived for five years and is accessible from anywhere that has internet access. You can also download, save and print your report or we can deliver a printed copy to you.
Independence Policy
We don't work for some big "cookie cutter" nationwide, franchise operation. We live and work locally and we like to hold our heads up in public.
We set our own inspection schedules and we say how much, not how little, time we spend with you the client. We don't answer to, or work for anyone except you, the client.
We want you satisfied that you have ALL the information you need to make an educated, not emotional, purchase decision.
