First Impressions Staging was founded in early 2006 by Becky Blizzard. In August 2002, she and her husband, Patrick had placed their own home on the market and sold their house for more than the asking price with multiple offers all in less than 10 days. It was at that time she realized that she had a knack for a profession called staging. While searching the internet sometime later, she discovered Barb Schwarz's website and realized all her passions were bundled up in this profession. She signed up for the course and with her newfound knowledge and credentials, she set out to bring the art of staging to Eastern North Carolina. Staging started out on the West Coast but has gradually gained in popularity and now real estate agents and individuals selling their homes on their own are using stagers from coast to coast. Our main objective at First Impressions Staging is to provide our clients with excellent, consistent and professional service.
