My specialized areas of expertise are as follows:

RESIDENTIAL:  I focus my residential services on helping home owners optimize their mortgage situation by customizing a plan that either minimizes their debt or leverages their debt to create wealth.  In coordination with these services I also help the same clients decide if their current home is ideal for their present and future place in life.  I upsize some of my clients into bigger homes without increasing their personal budgets, while others I downsize.

COMMERCIAL: My commercial services are aimed at helping successful small businesses purchase buildings to operate out of.  Using a variety of techniques I can help business owners get out of their lease, get financing, form a new company to purchase the building they will operate out of, locate an ideal building, and coordinate the transaction from start to finish.  I focus primarily on light industrial buildings, but will assist other inquiries.
