Bankers Exchange Services is a division of Bay Commercial Bank.  Bay Commercial Bank is the only bank headquartered in Walnut Creek, California.  All exchange funds are deposited into seperate trust accounts that are federally insured up to the legal limit per account holder.  Bankers Exchange Services has 3 locations to serve clients: Oakland, CA, Walnut Creek, CA and Long Beach CA.  Bankers Exchange Services is equipt to handle exchanges nationwide.

Wendy Gallagher is a Certified Exchange Specialistä with over 25 years of industry experience.  For the past ten years, Wendy managed a national processing office for a major institutional qualified intermediary.  Wendy also spent many years in the escrow field, holding both Branch Management and Escrow Officer positions for a couple of prominent title companies.  Wendy's extensive background enables her to guide clients through complex exchange transactions.  Wendy takes great satisfaction in providing excellent customer service and knowing that her clients have completed a successful exchange transaction.

Erica O'Leary possesses a broad background in the Real Estate Industry, including over ten years experience in 1031 exchange accommodation.  Erica has helped her many clients save thousands of tax dollars over the years and derives great pleasure in delivering uniquely tailored expertise with each exchange transaction in the process.
