As a trainee with national Lending you will earn 20% of the of the origination fee's when a loan is brought to the table & closed. You can earn while you learn. If you are already a mortgage broker you will start higher than a trainee. I have people starting as Loan Officer right from the start. So you see it depends on your background with National Lending.
Also Real estate agents can work & close there own loans with Nathional Lending because they will be a w-4 employee and use the lisence of National Lending in over 40+ states. Although it says loan officer in my profile I am a Mortgage Consultant with National Lending. There was no way to enter Mortgage Consultant from the drop down on the registration page so I used the next closest thing.
