Clients are spending their largest sums of money in real estate and deserve precision accuracy and follow-up through every aspect of the transaction. Before I even considered  networking with Mortgage Consultants, closing attorneys home Inspectors and their processing group, I have gone to their offices and spent  considerable time with them to learn their methodology.  When you know how they operate you can direct the timely movement to closing on a property. They must also adhere to my Customer Service Standards...YOUR EXPECTATIONS...YOUR STANDARDS...which is Precision Customer Servicing...second to none!! I DEMAND IT!  It is the LAW in my Real Estate Advisory Services.  My clients bring all their questions and concerns regarding every aspect of the transaction thru me...they do not wish nor should they have to go to any other person in the network to find out information...that is my job as part of our standard of Customer Service... and I  track 100% and respond 100% with Precision answers  in a timely manner.  I make myself available 24 hours a day! But, if you call after 1 am and wake me to ask a question, you'd better call again in the morning to assure I gave you the correct answer...LOL.  

We make our living through the  hard-earned money of our  Clients...I always remember that...It is a Pinnacle to an unparalled quality of service.

Although I was reluctant to pay for a home inspection before you listed my house,
