I have been selling Real Estate and doing Mortgage loans since 1992. I have had my Brokers license in California since 1994. I was on the Merced City Plannining Commission for eight years, two as Chairman and was very involved in the current development in Merced, including planning for the new campus of the University of California, Merced. I am currently serving on the City of Merced Economic Development Committee. I have also served on the Merced Downtown Strategy Advisement Committee. I have a radio show about Real Estate heard every Saturday morning on Newstalk 1480 KYOS at 10:08 am. The name of the show is Homequest and it is a call in foremat.

I primarily work with resales and really enjoy working with first time buyers. Most of my business comes from past client referrals. I am certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and most enjoy working with Seniors and Boomers since I fall into the second category. As a Boomer who plans to work another 12-15 years, I think my experience in the Market will be very beneficial to this group. I am also a CRS and GRI.
