My name is Deborah Hicks.  I have been employed in the legal field since 1992. I am the owner and operator of Hicks Secretarial Services.  I can provide independent paralegal services for sole practitioners and law firms in need of additional support on a part-time, temporary, or project-by-project basis.  I can also provide secretarial services for general businesses and public consumers, process server services, notary services, and field inspection services.

For notary services, if you can't come to me I will come to you or meet you at an agreed upon location.

I attended the paralegal program at Kaplan University and obtained my Associates of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. I have worked in the legal field for over 16 years.  I am an Independent Paralegal and a Certified Notary Signing Agent.  I specialize in out of office loan clossings, notary services, and on-site business/merchant verification inspections.
