I have been a realtor since 2001. My wife and I moved to Birmingham in 1999 so we could be closer to the University of Alabama Birmingham (UAB) research hospital. My wife Roxanne is disabled and we were referred to UAB by the National Institutes of Health in Maryland. We have been very happy with the move even though my wife's health has deteriorated.

My Career in real estate has been wonderful. I was in the Pharmaceutical Industry for 8 years and real estate was a great next career.Real Estate in Birmingham is very good. When I was a selling realtor I was a member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors Club of Excellence every year. When I became a broker for Century 21 in Trussville my office became the top selling office in the southeast region. This was due to the hardworking, dedicated realtors I had working with me. After that I became a partner with Century 21 Alliance Group and opened an office in Hoover Alabama. The first year we were open we became a Centurion award winner within the Century 21 system. This is the top office award for Century 21. Again I had some super dedicated agents in my office. In 2005 I bought out my partner and moved to our current location. 3780 Riverchase Village Ste 1000 in Hoover, Alabama. In april my company acquired Century 21 Home Team in Birmingham and  through this acquisition we are changing our name to Century 21 Home Team and will be the largest Century 21 in Alabama. We have a tremendous amount of talent within our company. I am very proud to be the leader of such a wonderful group of people.

Century 21 Home Team is a primary broker for Cartus Relocation Services. 

We have a full time Relocation Specialist serving the needs of those who are involved in corporate moves and families moving into Birmingham from other cities and states. Cathy Bice has been in Real Estate for 25 years and is an advocate for those families moving into Birmigham. She goes two extra miles out of her way to help make the move easier.

Century 21 Home Team Fine Homes and Estates division markets higher priced homes. Our agents are specially trained to market and sell higher priced homes.

Century 21 Home Team Commercial Division markets commercial and multifamily proprieties. These agents have spefic training to sell/lease commercial buildings, strip malls, and multifamily units.

Century 21 Home Team Foreclosure Division Due to the rise in foreclosures in our area we have formed a department to handle reo proprieties. These agents are trained to handle the very difficult task of foreclosure proprieties. We handle our clients with the dignity they deserve and do our best to handle the transaction for both the bank and the person being foreclosed on.
