David began his affiliation with Century 21 in 1980 when he attended a Century 21 Real Estate School in Fort Lauderdale. It wasn't until the mid 1990s when he sold his restaurant that David began devoting himself full time to real estate. Since then, David:

  •  Has three times been awarded the Centurion Award ( Century 21's most prestigious national award).
  •  Has coached our Century 21 little league team to the championship.
