Florence, Alabama and the surrounding area known as "The Shoals" is a wonderful place to live, work, and play.  As people say around here...it's the best kept secret in Alabama!  I wouldn't want to be anywhere else and I'm excited about helping others get to know the Florence, Alabama area.

The Shoals is located in the Northwest part of Alabama, and includes the cities of Florence, Muscle Shoals, Sheffield, Tuscumbia, Killen and Rogersville.  We are a short drive from Huntsville, Alabama, and a little less than 2 hours from Birmingham and Nashville.  The University of North Alabama (UNA - Go Lions!) is located in Florence, and Northwest Shoals Community College is in Muscle Shoals.

A Bit of Personal Information

Five years ago, my family and I moved to Florence from Ohio, and Florence quickly felt like home.  I can definitely relate to buyers relocating because I have had that experience firsthand through several different moves!  My husband is a pilot for a local company and we have 2 daughters - 13 & 14 yrs. old.  I love animals (4 dogs & 1 cat), enjoy reading when I have the time, love good music and play the piano.  I also like to be outside...working in the yard, camping, or enjoying the beautiful rivers and creeks around the Shoals.
