At Decorating Flavor we will do our very best is to get your home sold fast with every resource available.......and to save you money at the same time! We rent from our own inventory and have our own moving truck so that your costs stay low and you are not surprised with monthly minimun rental fees or $150.00 delivery charges!

We will do our very best to make your home feel and look spacious and beautiful!  We will work with your budget to fit your needs. If you are interested in Staging your home yourself, we can prepare a detailed report with photos (and diagrams if needed) and our recommendations for each and every room.  The report will include 1 follow up visit by us to make any necessary adjustments.  This particular service will save you money because you are doing the work yourself!

We want your home to attract attention and to be noticed by prospective buyers!  At every home that we Stage, we will post our very own sign announcing that your home has been "Staged".  Curious buyers will want to see your home before they look at the others in your neighborhood.  Realtors also become more appealing if they offer Staging as a standard service.  This works to your advantage! (optional complimentary service).

Each Staged home will also receive a complimentary photo "Real Estate Slideshow", the property will be advertised on our website as a "Featured Property of the Week" (complimentary) and a brand new door mat will be placed at the entry to each Staged Property.
