What can I say about Debbie Anderson?

I was trying to locate a home in Florida from New York using the Internet, with this there were so many real estate brokers that gave so many promises and didn't follow through on one. Never called back, never really showed the professionalism I expected. I had no idea of location or nice neighborhoods. With this I happened to find Debbie Anderson and was very pleased. She didn't push herself on us. She took her time, and over a period of time learned about our needs, our personalities and from that she decided on a area that she thought fit us.

She hit it right on the nose. We trusted her enough by this time that we drove down to Florida unaware of what was ahead. She had a listing of approximately 3 different area's and 10 homes to see. She was very prepared. We looked at I believe 3 houses and bought 1. Closed in about 3 weeks.

My niece told me to contact Deb Anderson in reference to looking for a home in Citrus County. To our surprise we found someone who was a very down to earth person. She knew we were on a budget with a limited income due to being retired, but we wanted to move from Tampa to a nice community, but was not sure if we could afford it.  She found us a home, and did everything she could to direct us in obtaining a mortgage.
