Bennett Homes, A Division of Bennett Commercial LLC is proud to announce that Dawn Olson has completed the real estate industry's most comprehensive residential construction courses to earn her national certifications as a Residential Construction CertifiedTM professional and a Certified New Home SpecialistTM professional. With these certifications, she joins a national group dedicated to providing the highest level of professionalism and service to new and existing home buyers, as well as home builders.

"These courses are recognized as two of the very best ever offered in real estate," explains Ms. Olson. "The training covered architectural design and planning, blueprint reading, topography, building site design, evaluating quality construction, materials, methods, construction terminology and scheduling. We also studied successful buyer/builder relations, all aspects of customer service and the use of various organizational tools and systems. I'll be able to do a much better job of assisting anyone interested in brand new or existing homes".

Completion of the Residential Construction CertifiedTM and the Certified New Home SpecialistTM training involves over 30 hours of interactive computer-based course work, successful completion of a workbook and a 90% or better score on the certification tests. These courses were created by Dennis Walsh, CNHS, CSP, who is recognized internationally as a leading authority in all aspects of new home sales and residential construction.

Dawn Olson has been a licensed real estate professional for 2 years, working in sales and marketing for over 13 years, and holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing. She currently services 11 Chicagoland counties, which include the counties of Kankakee, Will, Ford and Iroquois.
