As Accredited Buyer's Representatives (ABR), we are able to share our expertise with you when helping you find your new home.  We are Graduates of The REALTOR Institute which is a three part in-depth study of the real estate field which takes 90 hours to complete.  With the classes offered in GRI, we enhance our negotiating and marketing skills.  We also learn about technology and how to best utilize it for use in assisting our clients and customers.  We have completed the At Home With Diversity training.  This class opened our eyes to the many cultures and people who may be calling us to buy or sell their home.  What a great experience we had in this class with the varied groups of people in attendance.  I recently earned the Accredited Staging Professional-REALTOR designation.  It was very exciting to leave the classroom and actually stage a home that a fellow classmate had listed.  Staging sells homes, and I can help you with staging your property.
