I belong to the national association of realtors, the Alabama state association of realtors, and the Birmingham association of realtors as well as the Birmingham area multiple listing service. I can give you exposure to every active realtor in the Birmingham market to help get your property sold faster . Likewise, I have access to every property that is currently on the market at any given time and can make arrangements to show any property of interest to you. I have my Broker Licence and eventhough I do not  choose to operate my own own office, I do work with one of the finest Brokers and the fastest growing office in the Birmingham market.  I spend much of my time on the education part of the business keeping up with the new laws, rules and regulations as they come along and sharpening my skills of the business.

In addition to having my broker licence,and being a Realtor I also have obtained the GRI designation (Graduate Realty Institute) which consist of over 60 class room hours. I also have my ABR designation(accredited Buyer Representative) which consist of 30+ classroom hours.I also hold the designation of relocation specialist and am a multi million dollar producer.

Customer service and customer satisfaction is the the heart of my business. I am not happy till you the client is happy.

The Birmingham market is where I concrete most of my efforts which includes Jefferson and shelby counties.the specific areas within thes two counties are Hoover,Helena,Pelham, Chelsea, McCalla,Bessemer,Westover,Homewood,Vestavia,Bluff Park,Caleria,Alabaster.

I work with seller listings,buyers both 1st time buyers and move ups,lower end properties and upper end . new home sales including builders, and resales.
