Hello,

My name is Dave Monsour I am a REALTOR® with RE/MAX of Gettysburg.  I attended Gettysburg College and was a student athelete.  I played soccer while completing my Physics degree.  Sometimes people wonder why I chose the real estate business over pursuing a career in Physics.  Many fail to realize that physics is all about problem solving and being creative which translates directly into the real estate field.  I also coach and train a girls soccer team which traveled to Florida in the summer of 2007 to compete in the Disney Cup.  I am as passionate about soccer as I am about real estate.  Soccer consumed a good portion of my childhood and teenage years, but more importantly resulted in some of the best times of my life.  My passion for real estate came almost immediately after getting my license when i realized the opportunities associated with the business. 

I have 2 sisters, Amy works for Stock building company in Raleigh, North Carolina.  Ashley is an accountant on her way to getting her MBA and CPA.  My mom, Karen Monsour is a Realtor with Exit Team Realty in Coral Springs, Florida (http://activerain.com/karenmonsour).  My dad, Roy is a medical professional in the Hyperbaric and wound care field.

Gettysburg, like most small towns, requires a diverse skill set when it comes to real estate.  Success hinges on the ability to deal with any and all real estate transastions.  I am comfortable with anything and will attack any new frontier with great intensity.  That being said I am comfortable working with both buyers and sellers.  I have experience in commercial and residential real estate and also enjoy the investing aspects of the industry.  I like the challenges associated with making the numbers "work" and helping my clients to have the highest ROI (return on investment) as possible.
