David began his real estate career in 1980 and co-founded Resort Realty of The Outer Banks, Inc.(Formerly a Prudential Real Estate Affiliate, now known as Resort Realty) in 1987. He was President and held that position for nearly 20 years. During his career he has earned the real estate designations of GRI, CRS, CRB & ABRM.

Debbie brings experience from the other side of real estate transactions by working in banking, as a legal assistant, financial manager and broker in charge of Resort Realty for 17 years.

We moved to the Outer Banks in 1978 and togther we have gone through every phase of real estate from building, overseeing large construction projects, marketing subdivisions and condominiums. We created and managed one of the largest real estate companies on the Outer Banks that included a weekly rental program of over 450 properties. We own investment real estate here on the Outer Banks and can keep any Buyer or Seller from making common mistakes throughout the maze of ownership decisions.
