I have been in the people business for over 35 years and have worked hands on with my clinets in many areas in the business world. I believe in superior service throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. With any transaction I wanted to make sure that my clients understand all the in's and out's of buying or selling there home. From getting qualfied for a loan, to helping assist with finding an insurance company with great followup service. Informing him about how the process of buying or selling home works and the things i do to keep my clients well informed. Keeping in touch throughout the entire home buying or selling process is the key. Communication goes a long way.

We are new to the area and Dan went above and beyond to show us what to do to move in this new area. Dan took us to changeover the utilities, water, and set us up with insurance companies, everything to help get on feet on the gound. Dan really helped in every way with our move making the transition from Canada to the Evansville area.
