McClellanville is a small fishing village on the coast of South Carolina between Myrtle Beach and Charleston. McClellanville is a quaint fishing village with a population under 500. It is a rural escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, protected by a national forest on the west and a wildlife refuge to the east. Famous for out seafood and shrimp boat fleet, McClellanville also has beautiful historic homes, streets lined with live oaks hanging with spanish moss, a beautiful waterfront, pristine beaches only accessible by boat, and the best community around.
I am a proud native of McClellanville, raised in Silver Hill and Skipper's Point. After graduating from McClellanville's Archibald Rutledge Academy, I attended Appalachian State University. I graduated with a major in criminal justice and served as a Rock Hill Police Officer for 4 years before returning McClellanville.
I am a local McClellanville Realtor with W.P. Baldwin & Associates. My grandfather started this company in 1960 and I am proud to continue the tradition of great service that he started. We have grown to be the largest local real estate company in McClellanville through our hard work and dedication, but we still offer the same one-on-one service that you'll value as our client. As a local, I know most of the people that live here and work hard to see that the town remains the same way it was when I grew up here.
