| PATIENT & VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE: Dalia is a honest, reliable, punctual, proactive, patient and a very knowledgeable realtor. She setup regular MLS emails for the properties we were targetting. Also she would lookup and send us the details for all the properties we found on some realtor websites even though some of them were spam ones. Always on time and ready to schedule a visit quickly which is key to getting a good place in these tough times. She also helped me with her recommended bankers, home inspectors etc when I needed to find anyone being a first time homebuyer. I would recommend her without any reservations. | Can't speak to Dalia's negotiation skills because I ended up buying a house directly from a developer without the use of an agent, but Dalia was incredibly cordial, responsive, and knowledgeable about the market as I looked for my first home. She made sure to keep me posted on listings I might have been interested in even when she was out of the country visiting family. Most of all, she was very gracious when I told her that I was buying a home from a developer. | TRULY A GODSEND: Dear Dalia, Thank you so much for your lovely card. I meant to send you a “thank you” note much sooner but the move took such a heavy toll on my old body that I really needed a long time to recuperate. Also, I had so many phone calls to make ref. cancellations down there and adding new services up here plus getting the funds out of my checking account into interest earning CDs. I don’t even know how to start to thank you for everything. You were truly a godsend. I don’t believe I would have ever sold my house without your help. I’ve never seen another real estate agent work as hard as you did and believe me I have had contracts with about 10-15 of them on various properties in this country and in Europe. Anyway, I first wanted to send you a huge flower arrangement or a plant to show my appreciation but then thought flowers die and maybe you don’t have time to take care of a plant, so I’m sending you this small token to show my gratitude.
