Hi!!!   My family arrived in the Boise area in 1991 to work for Boise State University.    Since our arrival, I have been active in the community.   I became a  real estate agent after I purchased two investment properties.  Working in real estate is very exciting.  I have the opportunity to help people find the right house or to help other people sell their home for the maximum price.  While I do this I sometimes even get to really make a difference in peoples lives.  I help people who have gotten themselves into difficulty.  Sometimes by negotiating a complicated short sale other times by getting a child seen by Shriner's hospital.  My clients will find me honest, hardworking, and diligent.   I will take the client from the beginning of the process to the closing table.  I love my work because every day is different.  Check my even newer website!!

I specialize in first time home buyers and sellers and  short sales.  I can negotiate with the bank and people who hold liens on properties so a house can be sold.  The more time I have to work on the problem the easier it is to arrange a successful transaction.  This helps my clients since most real estate scams seem to occur with pre-foreclosure homes.  People  are lured by unscrupulous investors to sign over their interest in the property without the other party taking over the responsibility.
