I just wanted to drop yo a line and tell you how helpful Katherine was when some major glitches came up in regards to the wind insurance policy for our villa in Holiday, FL. They were mishaps due to my mistakes and then augmented by the postal service which did not forward me the forms she sent to my Michigan address. I still have not received them although she sent them out June 30. Anyway, she spent much time on Monday, July 17, trying to rectify the situation and finally did much, to my relief!
I just wanted you to know how grateful I am for her efforts. It's service like this that makes one want to continue with Consumer Select!

I am totally sold on CSI and used them on my own home purchased last month.
Jason O’Steen was very knowledgeable and professional. He returned calls, emails and had information well before expected.
I sold Real Estate for 10 years prior to working for FATIC. This is a product every Realtor needs! Other than the two or three business cards for hazard insurance a Realtor has in their pocket, the only thing they can tell their clients is to let their “fingers do the walking” in the phone book.
My job with FATIC is to get and keep business; to make the Realtor look good and have a successful closing. CSI fulfills all of these criteria in one call, to shop the 900 or so companies out there. With the ability to shop by price, AM Best rating, hurricane deductible, prior claims required / not required, credit rating required / not required, hurricane “in the box” and who still writes policies… Why would a client try it on their own hoping for a similar outcome?

Please accept my thanks for getting my commercial property covered at a moment's notice. Just an hour before I was scheduled to close on an office building in Sanford, I was notified by my insurance company that they would be unwilling to provide coverage. In a panic I called the First American Title office and they referred me to Sonny O'Steen at CSIA. I called Sonny and explained my situation. I asked him if they could get me a commercial coverage binder in about 45 minutes. His answer was "yes we can". I gave him all the pertinent information and waited for a return call. About 35 minutes later Sonny called me back with a quote and asked for the title office fax number. When I arrived at the title office the Evidence of Insurance was waiting for me and the closing happened without a hitch.

"Hi Frank,
Yes I did as you said and emailed Consumer Select and was asked to fill some info in, which I did. Michael called me and asked me some additional questions and he got me a quote. My previous premium was $1,561.00 and my new premium is $1,325.00 so I will save $236.00 per year, Yeah! The one thing that I am finding working with lenders, mortgage brokers, vendors, etc., is that they don’t return your phone call. Even if you have nothing to tell me, please return my phone call and tell me that. I got a prompt response from Consumer Select and that impressed me immediately.
