I am a Sales Manager and Home Loan Consultant for Countrywide Home Loans.  I have been in the Lending Industry since 1992 and joined America's #1 Home Loan Lender in April 2002.  Countrywide's mission to break down barriers to homeownership, helping more people to realize the dream of homeownership, mirrored my own core beliefs.

I have experience in all loan programs including, FHA, VA, Rural Housing, Conventional Conforming and Non-Conforming, First-Time Homebuyer programs w/Bond Assistance, Manufactured Housing and High-Risk programs.

 I have been a Mortgage Lender Conference Instructor for GBRAR since 2003.  In July 2007 I became registered through the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and approved as a real estate instructor to teach Post-Licensing/Continuing Education.
