I work independently.  When you call you will talk only with me.  I will handle all details and aspects of your transaction because you have entrusted ME, and only me, with the responsibility of selling your home.

I will complete a comparative market analysis to determine the market range price for your home.   I will then review the results with you and advise you regarding the best listing price, determined by your motivation.  I will also stay in constant contact, keeping you informed about showing feedback and market conditions.
