One day we were looking for a realtor to help us find the right house for us. We came across a website for realtors we put in the informaion it was asking for and Connie Johns was the only realtor that responded, thus came the experience we had of a life time.
We didn't know what to expect from Connie Johns, but in the end, we ended up with a friend for life. We also ended up with the right realtor and the right house for us. There for a moment we thought we weren't going to get the house we wanted, But Connie Johns said don't give up just yet, so we didn't and we got our house. We never thought that there was a realtor out there that would bend over backwards for her clinet, but Connie Johns did that for us and we couldn't have asked for a better agent.
And if there's anybody out there looking for a new house, PLEASE LOOK UP CONNIE JOHNS, she will do whatever it takes to get your dream house. I hope your experience will be as great as ours was.

Connie Johns recently helped me purchase my new home. I began the home buying process very nervous and skeptical. I had heard many horror stories from my friends and family members about how they felt their realtor had "pushed" them into purchasing too quickly or they felt their realtor had somehow misled them.
One of my friends recommended Connie to me. She sent Connie an email and the next day Connie got in touch with me. I told her that I was just beginning to look and that I was prepared for this process to take quite a bit of time as I wasn't sure what I was really looking for but I knew the area I wanted to live in. I never felt like I was being ignored or pushed to the back burner. In fact, most of the time Connie made me feel like I was her only client. I believe that is truly the mark of a great customer service individual, to make you feel like you're the only person they have to take care of. Connie was honest and genuine with me. I really felt like I could say anything to her and I felt like if I asked her something I would get a straight answer. She told me that most of her business was built on referral and that it wouldn't do her any good to mislead me because she knew what that would do to her business. I went into the purchase of my home feeling completely prepared and I know I owe that all to Connie. Even when I had a problem after my closing Connie was there for me. She was working for me while she was on vacation. That is true commitment to excellence. I just cannot say enough great things about her. Connie is now and will forever be my realtor and I will recommend her to anyone and everyone who will listen. If you're looking for a realtor who is honest, caring and extremely knowledgeable then Connie is the realtor for you.

"Connie took on this challenge with eagerness, enthusiasm and perseverance. She created clean, professional marketing materials and took the time to understand the finer details of this property and what it was all about. She managed to get quite a few people thru the property holding regular open houses and following up on every lead. She tried various sales techniques and listened to my ideas on what it would take to get this property sold. She finally found the perfect buyers and latched onto them. As it turned out she would first sell their house before they could buy mine, which she indeed did, and they ultimately purchased my house. It was a tough deal to close however. The sale was drawn out an additional two months because of a required zoning change, Connie was steadfast, she kept the deal together when it could have easily dissolved and she went the extra mile to close the sale.
