I was raised in the Rocky Mountains, educated at the University of Oregon and came to Del Norte County as a high school teacher. After my career in education, I was employed by the local newspaper in marketing before becoming a Realtor.  I still view my role to be that of an educator and facilitator.

Because Del Norte County has a small population (approximately 30,000 people) inahabiting more than a 1000 square miles; I have diversified areas of expertise.  I work equally with all types of buyers:  from those acquiring their first home, to those with expanding needs, to the retirees, as well as people seeking the perfect vacation home.  I also am extremely familiar with the rural and remote areas of our county which includes everything from agriculture acreage to forested tracts off-grid.  Having lived here on the Northern California coast  for a very long time, I have knowledge of not only Crescent City but all of the outlying communities as well.  As an added service - at no extra charge to my clients - I am a certified re-designer member of IRIS and can assist in making your new house a 'home'.   Besides my delight in my role as a buyers' agent, I thoroughly enjoy putting my marketing and staging skills  to work as a sellers' agent.  Whether you are buying or selling an ocean front home or bigfoot's cabin in the Redwoods, I have the experience to make it happen for you.
