With a combined experience of over 100 years in the mortgage industry, the Capital Mortgage Solutions team has the knowledge and insight into the mortgage industry to guide you through the home lending process.  CMS's President, William Haddad, brings to the business vast amounts of experience not only in real estate and mortgages, but in leadership and business ventures.  William is a graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.  After beginning his professional career in engineering design, sales and construction management, William struck out on his own as a business entrepreneur and developed, owned and managed various businesses including franchise chains.. 

In 2000, William began his career in real estate and mortgage lending when he received his Indiana Real Estate License and became a mortgage broker/ banker.  He and his wife, Pat, set out to make "The Haddad Team" one of the most successful real estate companies in Central Indiana as measured by sales and service to the customer.  The same values are the driving force behind the business practices of Capital Mortgage Solutions.
