I'm Diane Damico, the owner of Clearly Organized. I help people organize their space in both residential and business settings.

I frequently work with clients before, during, and after their home sales and moving transitions.

Sometimes people are overwhelmed by even the thought of moving or selling. Although they do want to move, they may procrastinate or never take the plunge to "rightsize" their space because the process is too difficult for them to begin. I make the process of moving easier by offering services as both a hands-on declutter and a moving coordinator.

I don't consider myself a true "real estate stager" but most people agree that getting rid of excess stuff is usually the first step in getting a home ready to show. My method is usually side-by-side with the client. We can work together going through every paper pile, drawer, and closet- if that is what is needed. I help make the difficult decisions on what to do with all the the things that have accumulated!

I provide services as a moving coordinator too. I can make a move easier by creating a floor plan of the new home and planning which furniture should (or should not!) be taken. I also schedule and work with other service providers (auctioneers, moving companies, etc). I even offer unpacking at the new home (usually not offered by the moving companies) so that your new home is set up and well organized quickly! Imagine enjoying your new home right away. No tripping over boxes a year after your move!
