Well I'm going to answer the second question first.  I am a more than a Sales Associate.  I am a Real Estate Professional, A REALTOR.   What's the differents you ask?  A Sales Associate has a license to sell Real Estate like a REALTOR, but a REALTOR is held to the highest standards and ethics.

 What sets me apart from any other REALTOR in the country?  This is my full time profession.  The first thing I say to myself in the morning is how many people can I help realize the joy of owning a home whether it is there first or their 10th.  The greatest feeling that I have had since I became a Real Estate Professional is when I see the look on some ones face when I hand them the keys to their new home.  Notice I said "Home" and not "House".  There is a difference.  A house is just nails and boards.  A home is where memories are made, and family and friends gather. 

I am up to date on the latest technological advances to aid in the sell of Real Estate.  I am aware of the roll that the Internet is going to play in selling real estate in the future.   More and more buyers are finding the home that they purchase on the Internet, and every home that I list goes on no less than 30 real estate websites.  This helps to get your home in front the most potential buyer out there.
