I am an experienced real estate broker in Minnetonka Minnesota, a western suburb of Minneapolis.  Our team works the entire Twin Cities Metro Market, including both Minneapolis, Saint Paul and suburbs. 

I have owned or operated a two real estate companies, a mortgage company, and an appraisal company, and have been a national real estate trainer and broker.  I hold the Certified Residential Specialist CRS designation from the National Assoication of Realtors, the Certified Real Estate Broker CRB designation, and the Graduate Realtor Institute GRI.  I am a member of the professional standards committee (MNAR) and I am a certified professional standards trainer.  

While I do list and sell in all price ranges, I have a particular fondness for the first time or first time moving up homebuyer. 

Because I have looked at the real estate industrty throught the eyes of an agent, mortgage originator, processor, appraiser, and also as a building contractor, I feel particulary satisfied when buyers and sellers who might be a little light on cash or equity can save a few thousand dollars extra because of my knowledge.
