Recently reclocated to Highlands County, I have found the tranquility that is sought aftert by so many.  In turn, I practice the Golden Rule, looking for the standards that are important to me to be able to share with my clients as they are my first priority.  I work hard for them giving 100% of my energy.  I go the extra mile and turn, find life long friends.

My marketing of property is in several print publications in addition to utilizing several websites and keeping the realtors in our county notified of the listings in a way not being utilized by other agents.  I also notify agents outside of our area.  I am in contact with the families selling their homes on a regular basis, notifying them of the advertising done monthly, and statistics of viewings online.

I am curreently working in all areas of Highlands County. My speciality is my customer, meeting their needs and surpassing them.

Hi, Chatty, it was a LONG day, and I know you have experienced similar circumstances; but it was a productive day at the end of it all, we did write a contract on a property.. He fell in love with that  one special property. We were able to go into listing agents office and wrote a contract late yesterday evening; since the agent was there and in turn was able to contact the seller and before we left yesterday evening, we had an effective contract.

I have been "bragging" about you to all my friends here about how you went beyond the call of duty and did so much to help me out. You were coming in from a appointment/listing whatever,it was already late in the evening and yet you did the right thing by helping me out; your thoughtfulness and kindness are truly appreciated.
