Well I will tell you a little about myself. I’m Krystal Brown and I’m Sr. Processor with Charter Funding out of Roseville CA (Sacramento) . In my spare time I also originate, well when I have spare time, these days processing has been keeping me busy.
I work for a absolute great company, and I’m not just saying that. We have a great staff, and set up. I have 2 bosses whose support is amazing, some stellar Loan Officers, and…. our seasoned in house underwriter who has the most knowledge.
First Magnus our parent company who happens to be right upstairs has my doc drawers and funders, how lucky can I be.
Business is great, very steady, and sometimes very busy, as we are licensed in all 50 states, and (ha) you know what we are a direct lender, AND have the ability to broker out loans that don’t fit into our programs so pretty much no fall out (YEAHHHHH)…… you can only imagine as the only processor times passing me by, and loans are closing left and right.
I’m here now to look start originating again, I’m looking for mostly realtor relationships, I love working with realtors, they are all about getting loans closed…and that’s me too…we have a great realtor relationship program. I’m also seeking investor business we have great programs… and we have many relationships with investors that have come to us yearly for their multiple properties purchases and refinances in all states with great programs, very easy qualification, and quick closes… doing business with Team Charter is always a pleasant one.
