We have created a Joint Venture with multiple developers and are currently seeking capital from private investment companies or REIT's  to help with our acquisitions.  We are currently building new "Hybrid" or "Green" homes in targeted areas of demand.  We have all of the market research complete and strategic plans in place for master plan developments. WE are seeking an equity partner to help with our bulk acquistions.  We will handle the entire development process from land acquisition to final sell out.

I'm a entrepreneur and I live for new challenges.  I started an L.L.C. two years ago while maintaining a full academic load during my senior year of undergraduate work.  My company deals with industrial coatings for HVAC equipment.  You can see my product at www.adsil.com. Though my company is successful and is generating large revenue I believe my expertise and experience is going to be in real estate and investing.  By no means am I an expert at this point but I'm learning.  I've surrounded myself with over 40 years of real estate and investment experience and I hope to learn to prosper from it.  My greatest strength would be creating and building relationships that last.
