It's hard to say what the area of expertise is for our company.  Most of the properties we inspect are in the 200K plus price range but that does not give an accurate reflection of our work.  Perhaps our area of expertise would be communication.  It does not matter if we are working for a first time home buyer, corporate executive, an attorney, an investor or a group purchasing an apartment community.  We tailor a report that will effectively convey the condition of the property.

At this time we have two inspectors.  Allen is a solid inspector that handles mostly residential inspections.  He is also handling a few commercial draw projects at this time.  Charlie, that's me, inspects the residential work that does not fit Allen's schedule, several commercial projects, legal and forensic work.

Unique components that we inspect include swimming pools, irrigation systems, EIFS and low voltage lighting.
