After speaking with Amos for the first time I could sense a real difference. His approach to real estate is centered around the BUYER'S needs not just the sale.
I point this out because, in my experience, most agents and brokers, while seeming to really care about you as a buyer, are mostly concerned with the settlement date or "pay day" as I call it.
Lets face it, once a contract is signed, the potential buyer is on his or her own. Simple logic will tell us that no one, not the seller, not the brokers or any of the agents involved are going to do or say much to delay or interfere with settlement.

I could go on, but it would begin to sound like Amos paid me to write this. He didn't have to. As a rule, I'm a pretty skeptical person. It takes a lot to change my mind about most things. Amos has changed my mind about realtors. I now know there is at least one that knows how to do it right.
