Living in Uintah County for over 26 years has given me an insite into the community and real estate progress.

I raised 5 children here, 4 girls and 1 boy.  My husband, Dennis, is an attorney and practices many kinds of law.  His help in understanding contracts and other legal issues has been a valuable asset to me and my clients.  I now have my sister traveling from out of state to help me with my properties and also my youngest daughter has just recieved her license and I am grateful for help in this busy market.

I have spent alot of time researching easements and access issues in Uintah, Duchesne counties and other areas.   One of the areas I have spent alot of time with clients is  large parcels of land for developers.  I find the Buyers and I find the property for Developers to fit their goals

Owning a several large parcels of land has given me the experience of learning my legal rights with property and the process of enititling a project.  Uintah County is continuing to grow and our real estate investment market  thrives unlike the rest of the country right now.

As stated before I have spend alot of time in the development market with buyers and sellers.   Any project I deal with I like to study the issues and help developers thru the entitlement issues.

 We have great recreation properties in our area and I keep an eye out for available properties for clients.  Once you have been fly fishing, 4 wheeling or camping in our mountains you are hooked.  My husband and I love to hunt fossils, rocks, gems and enjoy many aspects of the Uinta Mountains around us.

Many land owners have cabins  and spend some of their summer and winter if it is accessible  at that location.  All the outdoor activities and peace and quiet is on their own land.  No one to tell you your days are up and time to move on.  Just sit and enjoy!

I have had good relationships with my clients and coworkers.  I  enjoy helping young couples with their first homes.  My clients tend to be conservative and wise about their choices in purchasing in the price range they can afford, not just all they qualify for.  Finding the Property my clients want not just one I want to sell helps them and they notice this.
