I am a Director for the Ohio Association of Realtors, and serve on the State RPAC Committee as well as the Enlarged Legislative Committee.  I am also a Director for the Toledo Board of Realtors and serve on the RPAC, Legislative and Governmental Affairs Committee(Chairperson for 2008), Affordable Housing Committee, Professional Development  Committee and serve on an Advertising Task Force to create a new website to promote a positive vision regarding Real Estate and homeownership in our area.

My husband and I live in Point Place, which is a wonderful community in Toledo, Ohio.  We are sandwiched between the Ottawa River, the Maumee River and Lake Erie.  We are near golf courses, public boat launches, boat/yacht clubs, marinas and many parks.  And all within 15 minutes of downtown Toledo.  All the convenience without the hustle and bustle.  It's wonderful!

From our area you can be in Detroit in 45 minutes, Indiana in 45 minutes, at the beach in 30 minutes or on the ferry headed for Put-In-Bay in 45 minutes.  And in an hour or so you can be in Canada!  Access to the world - all from Point Place.

... assisting first time buyers in selecting and acquiring their dream home through providing the proper information regarding contacting lenders, creating a realistic expectation of what to shop for, and to make a very stressful endeavor a positive thing.  The feeling of helping someone start their life as a homeowner is indescribable.  

Realizing that investors play a strong role in urban re-development and revitalization, I work closely with many investment groups and independent investors that are encouraged to reinvest in the area in order to help maintain a solid housing stock.  The impact of investment in our communities is astounding and I want to do my part to help us all succeed.
