My husband (Jim) and I work together; he being the BIC/Owner and also a NC Licensed General Contractor, and I an Accredited Buyers Representative. We  feel we have the strengths and the market know-how to help buyers and sellers make good choices whether they want to build, buy new or buy existing property.

We are both natives of the Cabarrus/Rowan areas with years of experience in sales and construction.
