My husband and I moved to beautiful Cape Coral in 1992.  I have been selling real estate since 1980 where I was first licensed in Lansdale,  Pennsylvania. We moved to Severna Park, Maryland in 1985 where I established another successful real estate career. We always wanted to live where we vacation and our dream came true in 1992.  SW Florida has everything we could want.  We love the mix of people from all over the country and the world.  The sunshine state is perfect for us.  We love the sunny warm weather.  We can now boat all year long and golf all year long.  It doesn't get any better than that.   

I have been a Rotarian since 1990 and volunteer for many community projects.  This is a very active community organization.  I also collect toys at Christmas for local children that might not have a good Christmas.

Carl & I are members of Palmetto Pines Country Club.  We are avid golfers and long time boaters of our local waterways.  We get to enjoy Dolphins, Pelicans, Herons, Eagles, Palm Trees, Blue Sky.  It is a wonderful lifestyle.

I was first licensed in 1980 and received my Brokers license in 2001.  I have built a large family of happy customers from first time buyers to commercial investors.  I have a passion for the business and love helping first time buyers, second home buyers, rental property for investors.  Our clients have the benefit of the latest internet marketing, virtual tours, marketing campeigns that are changing when the market dictates.  Our goal is to streamline and maxamise results.
